Logistics Platform

The Problem

Existing delivery services suffer from inefficiency, slow delivery times, and high costs, which present challenges for users in need of reliable, timely, and affordable peer-to-peer delivery solutions.

Task & My Role

Contributed to product discovery, defined requirements for workflows, and aligned product behavior with operations.

The Solution

Built a last-mile delivery app which harnesses community collaboration to revolutionize logistics by connecting individuals with travelers on similar routes, offering a sustainable, cost-effective delivery solution whilst fostering a supportive peer network.
